Dr. Dave Gollins, MA(Oxon), DPhil, FRSA
Co-founder and Soil Science Director After graduating with a doctorate in Organic Chemistry, and some years lecturing at Imperial College, Dave found academic life not for him and joined a multinational Pharmaceutical company. After over 20 years in a number of diverse roles, Dave started his own consultancy designing and project managing the development of R&D labs for that industry.
In recent years, Dave has developed his interest in soil science and soil health and has spent time applying his chemistry background to developing a better understanding of soils numerous complexities. Dave’s pharmaceutical precision, practical knowledge and fascination with the science of soils and the soil food web, are all vital parts of the service we provide. |

Frank Gollins, BSc (Hons)
Co-founder and Carbon Market Director A recent graduate in economics, with a personal focus on understanding the economics of the environment, Frank is keen to develop the understanding to make a difference. Whilst trying to figure out his future, an internship with the civil service, saw him working on areas such as green finance and carbon markets, where he learnt some of the intricacies of these systems and how they delivered results.
Frank, keen to apply his time and avoid a standard 9-5, hopes to grow this company as a part of developing, realistic decentralised solutions, in response to the global environmental crisis. |
